  • Annual budget preparation

  • Quarterly financial reporting package including cashflow, actuals v. budgets, forecasting and review of overall financial health

  • Quarterly Zoom meeting to review financial reporting packages, and a general business review.

Monthly Virtual CFO

If you feel like the finances and systems are out of control, this is the package that enables you to pull on the reigns. You’ll be able to take a breath, understand your business numbers, and manage your goals accordingly. Package includes:

  • Annual budget preparation

  • Monthly financial reporting including cashflow, actuals v. budgets, forecasting and review of overall financial health

  • Monthly Zoom meeting to review financial reporting packages, and a general business review.

  • Fortnightly CFO catch up calls

Weekly Virtual CFO

If you’re running a complex, 7-figure + business with 10 or more employees, this package is for you. It enables weekly CFO check-ins to ensure maximum control of your business. Package includes:

  • Annual budget preparation

  • Monthly financial reporting including cashflow, actuals v. budgets, forecasting, product/service margin reviews, and reviews of overall financial health

  • Monthly Zoom meeting to review financial reporting.

  • Weekly CFO meetings including cashflow forecasting (if required) and general business reviews.

  • The monthly finance meeting is 1 hour, and a catch-up meeting is 45 minutes. If the time limit is reached and there are still outstanding issues, we can schedule another time. (This rarely happens and if I don’t have other appointments to attend I just keep going!)

  • Please do! This is a two-way partnership, and we always finish our sessions with a little question time.

  • Email or call us. A huge part of our unique edge is the continuity of care we offer. Part of the service is that we want to be involved in your business and know about any decisions before they have been implemented. This is so that all financial aspects can be considered. We don’t agree with businesses that only permit one or two emails/calls per month. How can a CFO possibly be integrated in the business under those circumstances?

  • “Bluesky” is a term we use to describe true financial freedom. This is the stage where your business is thriving, the bills are easily being paid, and there’s excess cream on top for you to spend at your leisure.
